Cancellation Policy - Levitate LLC
Please note than once you have booked an appointment with me it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you.
Last minute openings due to cancellations or no-shows are very difficult to fill as they don't occur in a timely manner. The charges listed in the policy below are to help alleviate costs for the time I had allotted for you.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a penalty charge of 30% of the base service cost.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice via phone call or email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
In the event that a no-show occurs, you will be subject to a 50% penalty.

*Please note that although you are required to have a credit card on file, you will not be charged until after the service. If you choose to pay with cash or a different credit card, the card on file will not be processed. *
